Isère tourist board provides a section called "Visitors' Book" on its website for use by visitors to contribute their remarks.

 

 

This service is open to all and its purpose is to allow visitors to the site to share their experiences and impressions with other users of http://www.isere-tourisme.com//.

 

 

The remarks contributed by visitors to the site remain the responsibility of the authors. However, to guarantee the general quality of the service, all remarks shall be reviewed by a moderator who will either publish them or not.

 

 

Any message of a defamatory nature, including abuse or insults, or contravening French law shall be rejected, such as:

 

 

• attacks and insinuations based upon race, belief or non-belief, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation;


• insults, harassment, serious unproven or consensually inaccurate assertions concerning any person or organization;


• any use of this site for purpose of commerce or advertising;


• any message that may be considered obscene, pornographic or harassing.

Isère tourist board provides a section on its website entitled "Visitors' Gallery" which allows visitors to the website to upload their own* photos relating to the department of Isère.

 

 

This service is open to all and its purpose is to allow visitors to the site to share their experiences and impressions with other users of http://www.isere-tourisme.com//.

 

 

All users of this service are required to read carefully the following conditions of use and to adhere to them:

 

 

Any graphic image published on the site remains the responsibility of its author and if need be the author must have the prior agreement of the person or persons appearing on the image before submitting it for publication.

 

 

However, to guarantee the general quality of the service, all images submitted for publication shall first be reviewed by the site administrator who shall then decide whether to publish them or not.

 

 

The following images may not be published on the website:

 

 

• any image that has no direct link to the department of Isère;


• any photo taken by a practising professional photographer and submitted by a third party who is not the author;


• images presenting unlawful contents, especially paedophile, pornographic or racist content;


• any image that serves as publicity or to promote a commercial activity

 

 

The user agrees to waiver any right to the image relating to its publication on www.isere-tourisme.com and authorizes Isère tourist board to use the image on the Internet for purposes such as websites and emails.

 

 

Isère Tourist Board permits the use of the images in any other medium but the express permission of the author must be sought and given for any such use.

 

 

*for information: article L.111-1 of France's intellectual property code states that "the author of an intellectual work enjoys over such work, by the very fact of its creation, an exclusive and enforceable right to incorporeal property. The character of this right is intellectual, moral and patrimonial". In view of this, only the author retains the exclusive right to use or authorize the use of any image in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed.
